What Is EMS Training?

Whole-body EMS training is a highly efficient, low-impact workout that uses low-frequency electrical impulses to enhance muscle recruitment during guided movement.

By activating major muscle groups—including deeper stabilizing muscles—simultaneously, EMS can help improve strength, endurance, and overall muscle activation in a fraction of the time of traditional training.

Sessions last just 20 minutes and are guided by a physical therapist using an FDA-cleared device.

1:1 Approach

We created a practice built around something increasingly rare: expert, one-on-one care that combines clinical insight with modern training tools.

Physical Therapist–Led

Every EMS session is guided by a physical therapist who understands movement, injury history, and performance.

Built for Real Life

Efficient, focused sessions designed to help busy people move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.
